North Jiu-Jitsu Academy (“we”, “us”) operates northbjj.ca and
the Instagram account @pavel_poyarkov. This policy explains how
we handle personal information.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you contact us through our website form, Instagram direct
messages, or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, we may collect
your name, phone number, email address, your child’s age, and the
content of your messages.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule
your trial class, and provide information about our programs and
schedule.
HOW WE STORE IT
Information is stored in our internal customer records and in
third-party tools we use to manage conversations and bookings.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to
anyone.
MESSAGING
If you contact us through Instagram or Facebook, your message is
also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy. We may use automated
replies to respond faster; you can always ask to speak with a
person.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request
corrections, or ask us to delete your information at any time.
Email info@northbjj.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
CHILDREN
Our programs serve children ages 6–14. We collect information
about a child only from their parent or legal guardian.
